Our founder, Suzanne Baker Brown, has led inside Fortune 50 companies, Big 4 consulting firms, large churches, and grassroots nonprofits.

She has seen firsthand what works—and what breaks—when leaders (including herself), have lost sight of the relational foundations that drive long-term impact. 

Our Founder's Story 

Suzanne Baker Brown’s personal leadership story is one of experiential transformation. 

Suzanne’s leadership career spans boardrooms and church basements, Big 4 Professional Services Firms, and grassroots nonprofits. She’s led high-stakes initiatives at Fortune 50 companies, built teams in large Chicagoland churches, and stood at the helm of her own ventures. Most recently, she launched and currently serves as CEO of a nonprofit serving survivors of human trafficking and their children—a mission born from both passion and purpose.

At one point, Suzanne juggled the triple demands of client delivery, business development, and internal operations at a global consulting firm. At the same time, she was striving to stay healthy, deepen her faith, serve her community, and maintain personal relationships. The pressure was real—and so was the disconnect between her reality and the leadership and sales training she and her colleagues were receiving. She saw an opportunity to help herself and others in high-demand roles navigate it all differently. 

A few years later, Suzanne was speaking at a professional women’s event. A former Big 4 CEO liked what she heard. Their conversation became a collaboration and the catalyst for what is now known as Relationship Driven Leadership®.

Today, through Leadership Investments Group, Suzanne continues to bring her hard-won insights, spiritual grounding, and entrepreneurial fire to leaders ready to grow and to invest more authentically and wisely in leadership and life.
